Environment and general information
The two main streets Neustiftgasse and Lerchenfelderstraße which are very close to the apartment offer all kinds of grocery stores and shops. Additionally the 7th district is one of the hippest areas in town and is home to numerous restaurants and bars. The public transport is very good as well and the 1st district can be reached by foot. By using the subway or the tram you can reach any place in Vienna within no time.
The apartments are fully furnished and offer everything you need for the perfect comfort, including a fully equipped kitchen as well as a modern private bathroom with a toilet.
